Waiting E

I have rented a lens this weekend (Canon EF24-105 F/4 L) to do some shooting. I originally did not want to rent such a nice lens, fearing that I may like it too much to give it back, but I will have to take it back on Monday. I had to take a quick walk downtown after I had picked it up so took the opportunity to shoot some photos. Image quality and sharpness is incredible, but that is to be expected with Canon’s top of the line models, I will have to be satisfied to go back to my other lens once this weekend is over. I shot this photo from the other side of the street, novel idea for me. Even with such a wide aperture the whole scene seems to be in focus, so much different from my current lens, maybe I have more to learn about depth of field, or maybe it is just the rented lens?
